Grease and line a 20cm tin Preheat the oven to 190C Quarter and stone the plums Mix the flour and baking powder |
| 225 g Flour 3 tsp Baking powder | |
| 100 g Butter 85 g Brown Sugar |
Cream the butter and sugar |
| 2 Large Eggs |
Add the eggs |

Mix the flour and baking powder, then add it Fold in the plums Put into the cake tin Sprinkle hazel nuts on top Cook for 45 minutes |
